Frequently Asked Questions

Please contact an agent at (718)356-9852 if your question is not answered below

We provide full-service repairs to all passenger, medium duty, heavy duty domestic and industrial equipment.

Currently, we accept cash, credit card, debit cards and if approved by management check.

All DMV inspections are by appointment only and by calling (718) 356-9852. Cost of DMV inspection is based on your vehicle weight class and size as governed by DMV registration. We accept only cash for DMV inspections, and should a failing inspection occur payment is still required.

DMV inspections are taken by appointment only and vary in time required to complete by vehicle size, application and engine fuel type. Due to the real possibilities of complications and delays, it is advisable to arrive for your appointment at the time of the inspection and not more than 15 minutes before your inspection appointment.

We will make every attempt to accomodate the appointment time you have, but DMV inspections may require additional time to prepare and complete due to size of vehicle, application and fuel type, etc.

It is also advisable not to make a DMV inspection appointment date and time during times the vehicle cannot be involved in an appointment delay.

DMV inspections are based on weight groups and classifications governed by NYS DMV.  Inquire at the time of making DMV appointment the cost for the vehicle you are operating.

We suggest you inquire with management at time of the DMV inspection appointment as space is limited to drop a trailer for a tractor inspection within our facility.  Your best option is to NOT arrive with a trailer attached. Industrial Loop has no provisions to drop a trailer and towing is enforced.

If a trailer inspection is required let the appointment coordinator know the trailer length details to make arrangements.

Despite an appointment it is best to inquire with the advisor at the time you are making the appointment if you are able to wait for the completion or the vehicle should be dropped off and picked up at a later date and time.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not provide roadside services until further notice.

Yes, we provide towing through our towing provider, and we can arrange for this to our facility.

We highly suggest even though you may have a provider for towing that you FIRST contact C&M management to ensure we can accomodate the breakdown repair and the vehicle within our parking lot.

No, we respectively request you contact an agent between at FIRST open 7AM.  We have no control of the security of your vehicle outside our facility and may not be able to accomodate the repair due to staff scheduling, shop load, etc. Also, Industrial Loop does not allow overnight unauthorized parking, so please speak directly with a C&M agent BEFORE a breakdown is moved.

Please speak with the C&M agent about this when making the appointment.

Yes, we do perform wheel alignments on light duty, medium duty and heavy-duty trucks, including rear axle tandem alignments. Appointments for alignment are required.
